The BlueFox solution is supported on the following BrightSign media players:
BrightSign XT (XT3, XT4)
BrightSign XD (XD3, XD4)
BrightSign LS (LS3, LS4)
BrightSign HD (HD3, HO523, HD4)

First, your BrightSign media player needs to be connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable. BlueFox requires stable Internet connectivity in order to communicate with our Cloud and make the data available to our customers.
