When you plug in your BlueFox Arctic Fox or Yellow Mongoose sensor, it will light up. Initially, you'll see two lights. Once connected to your router and in detection mode, only the middle LED (green or white - depending on your device model) should light up as shown below-
If the sensor is not plugged to ethernet during the setup, the 3 LEDs will start blinking after a couple of seconds: it means that the sensor is ready to get the Wi-Fi connection configured by the BlueFox Count app.
If it's been a few minutes, and you still see the red light (as shown below), unplug the power for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If you still see a red light, repeat the process by unplugging both power and internet, wait for 10 seconds, and then re-plug in the power, followed by the ethernet cable.
Contact us at support@bluefox.io, if you've followed the steps above and still see a red light on the sensor.
Note: The Yellow Mongoose version of our sensor features 3 white lights (no green - red): the behavior of the LEDs remains similar.
