A solid green light on your sensor indicates that it is online. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to go online.
If it’s not online, check the troubleshooting below.
- Verify that your Wi-Fi network ports are open and that you are not connected to a captive portal
- Check that your network is broadcasting 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal (not 5GHz)
