If using Wi-Fi backhaul with Arctic Fox, make sure the Wi-Fi dongle is plugged into the sensor as shown above - Black Panther and Yellow Mongoose sensors do not require a Wi-Fi dongle. Then, plug in the USB cable connected to the power adapter to power on the device.
After connecting the cables, wait a minute or so, and you should see a green light in the middle position (white on the Yellow Mongoose model). This indicates that your sensor is working properly and communicating with the BlueFox cloud.
If the Internet connection isn't established, The right red LED will illuminate, and the left green LED will flash every 30 seconds (LEDs are white on Yellow Mongoose). This means you need to reboot your box by unplugging both the power and the Ethernet cables. Wait about 10 seconds, and then plug in the power cable. Wait another 10 seconds and plug in the Ethernet cable. After about one minute, you should see the middle green led lit up.
